Matar Paneer Recipe.....!!!!!!!!!!!

                                                               Matar Paneer 


 Matar paneer recipe is an indian vegetarian side dish. It is very delicious dish and popular in North India

Ingredients:
2 tbsp ghee /oil
2 onions, chopped finely
2 tbsp carshew nuts
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
coriander leaves
100g paneer fried
1/2 cup green peace
Method:
-Take a pan and add some ghee/ oil
-Add some onion and saute it
-Once they are brown in color put them in the grinder

-Add some cashew nuts , red chill powder also and grind it

-Add some yogurt/curd to this mixture and mix properly

-Blend it once more and the paste is ready
-In the same pan add some ghee, some cumin seeds, ginger, garlic paste

- Saute it and add the onion and curd paste. Stir it.

- Add the tomato puree

- Add boiled green peas and  some garam masala

-Let the gravy boil for 5 to 6 mins
-Add coriander and cumin seed powder, sugar, coriander leaves, salt, and add water
-Stir well. Add and fried  paneer

- Cook it for a few minutes. and switch off the flame
- Enjoy it with naan, rotis and paratha

Namak Pare Recipe.....!!!!!



Ingredients
For Dough:
All-purpose flour (maida) : 1 cup,
Oil:2 tbsp,
Red chill powder :1 Tbsp.
Salt: ¼ tsp,
Water: ¼ cup
Oil for deep Frying:

Method:-
1. Mix together flour,red chill powder, salt and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl.

2. Mix them it oil is absorbed in flour and when you hold flour in fist it retains its shape.
3. Take ¼ cup of water and sprinkle little water at a time and need hard dough.

4. Wrap this dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes take some portion of a dough and roll it to a thin chapati.
6. Cut the chapati in diamond shape.

7. Heat the oil at medium heat put the cut namak pare in oil and turn the heat to medium low.

8. When namak pare turns light brown in color change the heat to little more than medium and cook namak pare till they become golden brown in color.
9. Take them out on a paper towel.

Rice Kheer Recipe.....!!!!! 

 Indian Rice kheer (one of the most popular Indian dessert ) made using milk. rice, condensed milk and green cardamom  powder 



INGREDIENTS-
1/2 l tr. milk
4 tbsp. condensed milk
3 tbsp. rice (soaked in water for 1 hour)
1 tbsp. raisins
pistachio flakes
almond flakes
1 tsp. cardamom powder
1 tbsp. ghee
METHOD-
- Grind the rice & water in the mixer into a smooth paste.

- Pour milk into a round bottom pan. Bring it to a boil.

- Add the rice paste. Stir well.

- Keep cooking till the milk reduces almost to half. Avoid lumps.
- add ghee

- Add condensed milk. Mix well.

Green Roti Recipe.........!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Green Roti Recipe...

 Ingredients;- 
1 ½ tbsp oil
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
½ cup spinach leaves
1 cup wheat flour
1 ½ tbsp gram flour
2-3 green chili
Water as required
Method -
1. Grind together spinach leaves,green chill, cumin seeds, sugar and little water into a smooth puree.

2. Mix together wheat flour, gram flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour the puree and knead everything into a soft dough with the help of water . Rest the dough for 10 mins.

3. Make 1″ balls of the dough and roll out the roti with the help of dry wheat flour.

4. Place the rotis on to a hot pan and cook for 30 to 40 seconds on either side. Then with the help of a dry cloth press over the roti and cook till u get brown spots on either side. Remove from fire and serve with raita, chutney or Pickle.
Note: Do not let the dough rest for more then 15 to 20 mins or the dough will become very soft.
U can also cook the roti like a plain chapatti by roasting for 40 seconds on each side and then roasting it on direct flame on both sides. Apply butter after removing from flame.

Ras Malai Recipe.....!!!!!



 Ras Malai, cotton soft cheese in a creamy milk sauce, is a delectable Indian dessert. Find out how easy it is to make and impress your family and friends. Ras Malai is a delicious and perfect end to any Indian meal. Make it for your next party or holiday celebration!

Ingredients:
Whole Milk – 8 cups (divided)
Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp
1/4 tbsp. maida/ cornflour
pinch of baking powder
Water – 5 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Saffron – pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Pistachios & Almonds – 2 Tbsp, roughly chopped
Sugar for taste
Method:-
1. Boil 4 cups milk in a steel pan and boil the remaining 4 cups milk in a non-stick pan (The milk in the non-stick pan needs to be reduced to half the quantity so once it comes to a boil, keep the flame low and keep cooking while stirring occasionally. Add saffron, cardamom powder to the milk while boiling)

2. Once the milk in the steel pan comes to a rolling boil, slowly add lemon juice.
3. When the milk curdles (paneer), switch off the stove and strain the paneer in a cheese cloth.
4. Pour a little cold water over the paneer and hang the cheese cloth on the tap for approx 30 minutes to remove all of the liquid.
5. Remove the paneer from the cheese cloth and cornflour, maida and small pinch of baking powder and mix it everything together.

6. In a pan add 1 cup sugar to the water to make the sweet syrup by stirring continuously till the sugar dissolves completely.

7. Meanwhile make tight round balls of the paneer dough

8. Add paneer balls in the sugar syrup cook for high flame for the 15 mins. After 15 mins turn off the flame.

9. Remove the cooked paneer with a slotted spoon into a bowl and allow it to cool.
10. Meanwhile, the milk in the non-stick pan should have reduced to half. Add sugar to taste and nuts.

11. Once the paneer is cool enough to handle with your hands, gently squeeze out the sugar syrup and add the prepared reduced milk and cook for 6 mins. Switch off the stove and cool down the Ras Malai
12. Ras Malai chill in the Refrigerator.
Serve the chilled Ras malai Garnish with pistachios......enjoy
