Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!! I’m here today to share Eggless Ladi Pav Bread Buns Recipe, the very famous and an all-time Favorite Street food of everyone. They are so easy to make, very light and fluffy homemade ladi pav and once you start making your own pavs, you will stop buying market buns.

Ingredients:- 

1 big bowl Maida (all-purpose flour)300g
1/2 cup milk powder 125g 
1/3 cup oil
1 packet dry yeast (3 tbsp)
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tbsp salt 
Butter 2 tbsp 
Method: -
 1. Take a warm milk add yeast, sugar, mix it well rest for 5 minutes yeast activates 
 2. Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, milk powder, salt add yeast milk make soft dough it it dough is dry add little milk or water make a soft dough 
 3. Turns sticky add 2 tbsp butter knead for 10-20 minutes make soft dough 
 4. Grease the bowl put dough cover & rest for 2 hours 
 5. Dough Raises punch slightly knead again tuck dough pav batter is ready cut into 8 pieces 
 6. Take small size ball tuck and roll make round smooth ball 
 7. Grease the tray add all ball cover for 1 hour raises the dough 
 8. Apply the milk on top preheat the oven 350 F bake 20 minutes 
 9. Baked completely apply the butter shiny pav take a wet cloth cover & rest for 20 minutes wet cloth helps to make soft pav 
 10. Soft yummy yummy pav is ready

Ingredients 
1/2 cup rice 
1/4 cup peanut 
1/4 cup yogurt 
2-3 red chili 
1/2 cup chopped Onion 
1/2 grated carrot 
1/4 cup chopped green, red capsicum 
1/2 cup chopped tomato 
1/4 cup peas
1/2 tbsp baking soda 
Chopped coriander leaves 

Method: -
1. Soaked rice and peanut, red chilis in separated bowl 
2. Soaked for 2-3 hours after 3 hours drain the water 
3. Add mixi jar rice, peanut, red chilis, yogurt 1/2 cup water grind to make a fine paste 
4. Add veggies u like mix it well add salt as per Ur taste 
5. Add 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1/2 tbsp lemon juice mix it well 
6. Baking soda gives fluffiness to breakfast if u don’t want u can skip 
7. Heat the pan low to medium heat add 1 tbsp oil once pan is hot add batter 2 tablespoons and speared evenly. 
8. Add oil if required each side cook 2 minutes fluffy vegetable uttapam is ready serve enjoy 😊 
9. Tips: - Cook breakfast on low-medium flame
