Dry Fruits Laddu- No Sugar No Jaggery

Ingredients 200gm seedless date 1 cup dry coconut powder 1/4 cup chopped cashew 1/4 cup chopped almond 1/4 cup chopped raisins 2 tbsp flaxseed 1/2 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp poppyseed Ghee Method:- 1. Add all date in a mixi jar and grind into fine paste 2. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp ghee once ghee is hot add coconut powder, almond, cashews, raisins roast in low heat. Lightly color changed transfer into the plate 3. Same pan add ghee roast flaxseed 3-5 minutes and remove it and once flaxseed cool down make a fine powder 4. Same pan add ghee and roast wheat flour low heat add poppy seeds roast 6-7 minutes fry till brown color 5. After color change slightly remove the pan 6. Last and final same pan add ghee and roast seedless date until it softens completely on low flame 7. Switch off the flame once the paste starts like dough 8. Add date paste into the dry fruits powder and flaxseed powder mix it well all ingredients. 9. Grease palms and once it is warm and easy to handle, combine well with your hands and shape in to laddus.

10. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy.

Homemade Pizza | No Yeast, No Oven Kadhai Pizza Recipe| कढ़ाही पनीर पिज़्ज़ा

Let’s make a classic pizza with some Indian twist and variations. Today’s recipe is an easy no yeast no oven pizza, confused…then watch the video or follow the recipe to learn how the magic happens.



               

INGREDIENTS:
For the toppings
* Paneer - 100 gems cut in cubes 
* Paneer Masala - 1tbsp 
* Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tbsp 
*  Oil - 1 tbsp
* Onion - 1 medium sliced
* Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
* Tomato - 1 medium sliced
* Salt - 1 1/2 tbsp  
* Pizza sauce 
For the dough
* Maida - 1 cup 250g 
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Baking powder - 1 tsp
* Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
* Fresh Yogurt - 5 tbsp or 1/4 cup
* Oil - 2 tbsp
* Dry flour - to roll the pizza base

For the toppings
1. In a mixing bowl add paneer with salt, paneer masala, red chili powder, and oil. 
2. Give it a good mix, and ensure the paneer is well coated with the masala keep it aside 

For the pizza base
1. In a large deep kadhai, place a katori or a ring cutter in the center. Cover the kadhai and preheat it for 10 minutes over high heat. 
2. In a large plate combine maida, salt, baking powder and baking soda add fresh yogurt and start kneading until you get soft dough. 
3. Pour oil and continue to knead the dough until soft and pliable. 
4. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Dust some dry flour on the rolling board and on the dough. Start rolling each portion of the dough into round pizza base. Depending on your pizza tray size. Use dry flour as and when required. 
5. Once done place the dough on a cake tin base, or a plate 
6. Using a fork, make holes on the pizza base, this will ensure that the pizza does not puff up unevenly. 
For assembling
1. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the pizza base, spread the grated cheese evenly. 
2. Add the vegetable topping and then the paneer. 
3. I sprinkle little pizza herbs and top it with more cheese. 
4. Using a tong lift the tray and place it carefully on top of the katori, which is in the kadhai. 
5. Cover the kadhai and bake the pizza for 15 minutes over medium flame. 
6. After 15 minutes the pizza is ready to be served. 
Serve
1. Sprinkle pizza herbs and chilli flakes if you like. Slice the pizzas and serve hot.
