Dry Fruits Laddu- No Sugar No Jaggery

           Dry fruits laddu recipe | dry fruits ladoo recipe – no sugar, no jaggery with step-by-step photo and video recipe. dry fruits laddu is an instant and healthy laddu prepared with only dry fruits without any sugar or jaggery. seedless dates are coarsely grounded to act as edible gum and to give the sweetness to this amazing laddu.


         

Ingredients 200gm seedless date 1 cup dry coconut powder 1/4 cup chopped cashew 1/4 cup chopped almond 1/4 cup chopped raisins 2 tbsp flaxseed 1/2 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp poppyseed Ghee Method:- 1. Add all date in a mixi jar and grind into fine paste 2. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp ghee once ghee is hot add coconut powder, almond, cashews, raisins roast in low heat. Lightly color changed transfer into the plate 3. Same pan add ghee roast flaxseed 3-5 minutes and remove it and once flaxseed cool down make a fine powder 4. Same pan add ghee and roast wheat flour low heat add poppy seeds roast 6-7 minutes fry till brown color 5. After color change slightly remove the pan 6. Last and final same pan add ghee and roast seedless date until it softens completely on low flame 7. Switch off the flame once the paste starts like dough 8. Add date paste into the dry fruits powder and flaxseed powder mix it well all ingredients. 9. Grease palms and once it is warm and easy to handle, combine well with your hands and shape in to laddus.

10. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy.

Homemade Pizza | No Yeast, No Oven Kadhai Pizza Recipe| कढ़ाही पनीर पिज़्ज़ा

              Hey Foodies ..... 
Let’s make a classic pizza with some Indian twist and variations. Today’s recipe is an easy no yeast no oven pizza, confused…then watch the video or follow the recipe to learn how the magic happens.



               

INGREDIENTS:
For the toppings
* Paneer - 100 gems cut in cubes 
* Paneer Masala - 1tbsp 
* Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tbsp 
*  Oil - 1 tbsp
* Onion - 1 medium sliced
* Capsicum - 1 medium sliced
* Tomato - 1 medium sliced
* Salt - 1 1/2 tbsp  
* Pizza sauce 
For the dough
* Maida - 1 cup 250g 
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Baking powder - 1 tsp
* Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
* Fresh Yogurt - 5 tbsp or 1/4 cup
* Oil - 2 tbsp
* Dry flour - to roll the pizza base

For the toppings
1. In a mixing bowl add paneer with salt, paneer masala, red chili powder, and oil. 
2. Give it a good mix, and ensure the paneer is well coated with the masala keep it aside 

For the pizza base
1. In a large deep kadhai, place a katori or a ring cutter in the center. Cover the kadhai and preheat it for 10 minutes over high heat. 
2. In a large plate combine maida, salt, baking powder and baking soda add fresh yogurt and start kneading until you get soft dough. 
3. Pour oil and continue to knead the dough until soft and pliable. 
4. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Dust some dry flour on the rolling board and on the dough. Start rolling each portion of the dough into round pizza base. Depending on your pizza tray size. Use dry flour as and when required. 
5. Once done place the dough on a cake tin base, or a plate 
6. Using a fork, make holes on the pizza base, this will ensure that the pizza does not puff up unevenly. 
For assembling
1. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the pizza base, spread the grated cheese evenly. 
2. Add the vegetable topping and then the paneer. 
3. I sprinkle little pizza herbs and top it with more cheese. 
4. Using a tong lift the tray and place it carefully on top of the katori, which is in the kadhai. 
5. Cover the kadhai and bake the pizza for 15 minutes over medium flame. 
6. After 15 minutes the pizza is ready to be served. 
Serve
1. Sprinkle pizza herbs and chilli flakes if you like. Slice the pizzas and serve hot.

They are so easy to make, very light and fluffy homemade ladi pav and once you start making your own pavs, you will stop buying market buns.

Ingredients:- 

1 big bowl Maida (all-purpose flour)300g
1/2 cup milk powder 125g 
1/3 cup oil
1 packet dry yeast (3 tbsp)
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tbsp salt 
Butter 2 tbsp 
Method: -
 1. Take a warm milk add yeast, sugar, mix it well rest for 5 minutes yeast activates 
 2. Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, milk powder, salt add yeast milk make soft dough it it dough is dry add little milk or water make a soft dough 
 3. Turns sticky add 2 tbsp butter knead for 10-20 minutes make soft dough 
 4. Grease the bowl put dough cover & rest for 2 hours 
 5. Dough Raises punch slightly knead again tuck dough pav batter is ready cut into 8 pieces 
 6. Take small size ball tuck and roll make round smooth ball 
 7. Grease the tray add all ball cover for 1 hour raises the dough 
 8. Apply the milk on top preheat the oven 350 F bake 20 minutes 
 9. Baked completely apply the butter shiny pav take a wet cloth cover & rest for 20 minutes wet cloth helps to make soft pav 
 10. Soft yummy yummy pav is ready

Ingredients 
1/2 cup rice 
1/4 cup peanut 
1/4 cup yogurt 
2-3 red chili 
1/2 cup chopped Onion 
1/2 grated carrot 
1/4 cup chopped green, red capsicum 
1/2 cup chopped tomato 
1/4 cup peas
1/2 tbsp baking soda 
Chopped coriander leaves 

Method: -
1. Soaked rice and peanut, red chilis in separated bowl 
2. Soaked for 2-3 hours after 3 hours drain the water 
3. Add mixi jar rice, peanut, red chilis, yogurt 1/2 cup water grind to make a fine paste 
4. Add veggies u like mix it well add salt as per Ur taste 
5. Add 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1/2 tbsp lemon juice mix it well 
6. Baking soda gives fluffiness to breakfast if u don’t want u can skip 
7. Heat the pan low to medium heat add 1 tbsp oil once pan is hot add batter 2 tablespoons and speared evenly. 
8. Add oil if required each side cook 2 minutes fluffy vegetable uttapam is ready serve enjoy 😊 
9. Tips: - Cook breakfast on low-medium flame

Pizza is a dish that never goes out of style. We have seen many different recipes created with the classic pizza flavour – be it a fusion pizza burger or a pizza Naan. However, this street-style Kulhad Pizza gave the Italian dish a desi twist.


Kulhad refers to a small cup made with clay, usually used for serving tea or any Indian dessert such as Phirni. In this case, the Kulhad was recreated with a pizza filling.

Ingredients:-

Half cup paneer cubs

Half cup bread pieces 

Half cup onion 

Half cup capsicum 

Half cup boiled corn 

Half cup cheese 

Half cup tomato 

3 tbsp pizza sauce 

1/2 tbsp parsley flakes 

1/2 tbsp chili flakes 



Method :- 

  1. Take a bowl add capsicum, onion, tomato, corn, paneer, bread pieces and add pizza sauce mix all ingredients together 
  2. Now add cheese , chili flakes, parsley flakes mix it well
  3. Take a dried kullad ( ceramic cup ) fill the mixture on kullad on the top add mozzarella cheese 
  4. Add some paneer pieces, corn , capsicum chili flakes, parsley flakes add some more cheese now ready to bake 
  5. Now preheat the kadai for 10 minutes 
  6. After 10 minutes place the filled up kullads in a plate over the pan cover the lid bake for 10 minutes 
  7. Cheesy and tasty kullad pizza is ready to serve 😋😋

Spring Onion Sabzi Recipe




 Spring Onion Sabzi / Hare Pyaz ki Sabzi also known as Kandyachya Patichi Bhaji in Maharashtra is a simple yet delicious dish and you can enjoy this with roti or bhakri.

Its made by using spring onions and gram flour with is Besan. Even though this vegetable is usually enjoyed with roti or bhakri 

           

Step by Step Video for ‘Spring Onion Sabzi’ Recipe 

 INGREDIENT :

Green Onion / Hara pyaz500 grams
Gram flour / Besan1 cup
Coriander Cumin seed / Dhania Jeera powder2 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder1 tsp
Cumin seed / Jeera1 tsp
Turmeric powder / Haldi powder½ tsp
oil
salt to taste 
3 tbsp. 



   Method ;-

  1. 1.  In a Kadai  add the oil and once the oil is hot and the Cumin seed / Jeera .
  2. 2.  Once mixed add the Onion cook for minutes then add Hara pyaz and mix well.
  3. 3. Add the salt, the Turmeric powder / Haldi powder, Kashmiri Red chilli powder and the Coriander Cumin seed / Dhania Jeera powder and mix well and cook it for the next 2-3 minutes on a medium flame make sure to cover it up.
  4. 4.  After 3 minutes remove the lid and you will be able to see that the oil has separated from the veggies so it’s time to add the lime juice followed by the Gram flour / Besan and mix it all well.
  5. 5.  Once mixed cover and cook for the 3-4 minutes on a medium flame.
  6. After 4 minutes the Spring Onion Sabzi is ready so remove it ina serving bowl and serve while hot.

Chesse Dabeli is very very popular street food it is very easy and simple recipe Dabeli is spicy ,tangy snacks using pav bhaji curry and crunchy  sev and spice putting between bun. Its is snack Recipe..yummy yummy in my tummy...


Ingredients:-

Round Buns 2
Pav Bhaji curry 3 Tbsp.
Mint green chutney 1 Tbsp.
Peanut Garlic powder 1 tbsp.
cheese
some sev
butter 2 Tbsp.
Method:-
1. Take a buns apply the green chutney and peanut garlic chutney on one slice of the bun and the pav bhaji curry, sev and cheese on the other side.







2. cover with the other slice of bread.
3. Heat the pan and apply the butter and put it in the buns /pav nicely roast from both the side.
Serve them hot
