Mango and Orange Juice


Ingredients:-
1 cup mango pulp
100 ml orange fizzy drink (Fanta)



Method:-
1. Mango pulp in your serving glass.
2. With the help of a flipped spoon pour in the soda orange fizzy drink without disturbing the lower layer.
3. Make sure you add more of the mango pulp and orange fizzy drink to avoid your mock tail from becoming too sweet.
4. Your drink is ready serve immediately enjoy………..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fried Modak Recipe.....!!!!


Fried Modak – Sweet Coconut Dumpling – Indian Vegetarian Sweet Dessert Recipe. Chef Tanvis Kitchen you to make Modak which is offered to Lord Ganesha during Ganesh Puja and also considered as Ganesh Ji’s favorite. Learn how to make simple to cook homemade recipe – Modak.

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp. Semolina (Rava / Sooji)
Salt
1 & 1/2 tbsp. Clarified Butter (Ghee)
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp. Chopped Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp. Chiranji
1 cup Grated Fresh Coconut
1 cup Sugar
Oil to deep fry
Method:
1. Take wheat flour, salt, semolina, ghee, water in a bowl and start kneading the dough very well
Keep the dough to rest for about 10 — 15 mints

2. Heat the ghee in a pan and add grated coconut to the heated ghee

3. Cook the grated coconut for a minute and add the sugar
4. Cook this till the sugar melts.
5. Turn off the flame and add the cardamom powder, chiranji , chopped cashew nuts and mix everything well

6. Remove the filling onto a plate and let it cool completely

7. Take small portions from the dough and make flat round

8. Apply ghee to the rolling board and rolling pin and start rolling the roti into soft small rounds

9. Take the small roti and put about 1 tbsp. of the filling
10.Pinch the edges of the roti, bring the edges together, seal and close it so that while frying them no oil goes in

11. Heat oil in a pan and put the modaks for frying in medium hot oil
12. Fry and cook them in medium flame till its golden brown in color.
